Choose a property which suits your requirements.

Our properties each have a unique character; from idyllic countryside retreats, to luxury apartments set in the heart of the bustling sea-side resort of Whitby.

So take a look at our Quick-Glance guide for an overview of our individual properties, and find one to suit your individual requirements. The Quick-Glance guide can be found in the 'Properties' section:

If you click on a property name within the table, it will take you to a more detailed description:

This next list offers more information, such as details about the location etc., but each property also has a an entire section of its own, with comprehensive details, floorplans, photographs and more. Navigate to this section by clicking on the 'view detailed information' link:

 

 

Check Availability.

Once you have chosen a property that suits your requirements, you can check the availability via our secure Online Booking Service, provided for us by the Yorkshire Tourist Board.
Simply click the large 'Book Now' button on the right of the individual property page.
A new window will open and take you to the YorkshireVisitor.com website:

Alternatively, a list of all our property booking links are provided together in the 'Book Online' section:

 

 

 

Book your holiday.

Remember: If you would rather, you can always book your holiday over the telephone. (+44 (0)1947 603456 during Office Hours). View our 'Contact' Section for other details.

 

Step 1
Select the month you would like to check - the squares on the calendar marked white are available - grey squares are unavailable.
You can click just the start and end dates and the squares in-between will be filled automatically:

The average daily rate for the week(s) you select is shown in the box below and to the left of the calendar, and in the table to the right of this you can select the number of Adults/Children that will be staying (Room or units can be left at their default of one).

Please note that you can click a second time on a selected date to deselect it - although this may not work if it would go below the minimum allowable duration of holiday. To clear your calendar and start again, click the 'reset' button above and to the right of the calendar panes.

Please Note: For Graymount House and Brook Cottage bookings are taken from Friday to Friday, while Manor Cottage and Moor House are from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Step 2
As you select dates in the calendar section, the Booking Summary in Step 2 will automatically update, showing you details of Accommodation type, Check-in and out dates, Duration of stay, Number of children/adults, plus the Total Cost of your holiday:

Step 3
When you are happy with the dates of your holiday, proceed to the Step 3 Panel, and simply fill in your personal and card details, check the box to confirm you have read our Terms and Conditions, then click the 'Finish Reservation' button:

Booking is now complete, and we will contact you to confirm we have received your booking and to give you any additional information you may require.
